# Savora image credits

The accepted October 5 home-menu phase has 56 real photographs and 12 explicitly identified preexisting generated fallbacks across 68 publications. See [home-menu attributions](HOME_MENU_ATTRIBUTIONS.md) for each creator, license and original source. Minor ice, garnish and plating differences are disclosed beneath the recipe photograph. No new generation was performed during the photo-preferred replacement pass.

The 141 locally stored photographs added on October 5, 2026 have individual creator, license and original-file credits in [Wikibooks batch attributions](WIKIBOOKS_ATTRIBUTIONS.md). They are resized/JPEG-recompressed copies of exact matching Commons photographs, not generated illustrations. Recipe-page Attribution sections also retain the recipe and photo source/license links.

The following recipe photographs are reused from Wikimedia Commons. Display crops may be applied with CSS; the underlying source files are otherwise unmodified.

The Bibimbap, Moussaka, and Beef Rendang photographs were generated specifically for Savora in August 2026 after suitable source downloads proved unavailable. They are labeled as generated assets in the editorial media inventory and do not claim documentary provenance.

Other remote photographs remain linked to their original providers and are inventoried in Savora’s media library.

## Community photography — 9 October 2026

Community-only replacements do not change the approved recipe-detail photographs or canonical database media. The hero uses the existing Shoyu Ramen, Butter Chicken and Tacos al Pastor photos, with links matching their respective dishes. The feed uses these visually inspected documentary photographs; they are editorial illustrations, not uploads by the demo cooks.

Original files are retained unmodified; CSS applies responsive display crops. Source and license links are available in the Community page's expandable Photo credits section. No new generated images were used.

## Paella Valenciana exhibition

These remote Wikimedia Commons assets are displayed in the public Explore promotion and exhibition, as well as the noindex editorial preview. The public exhibition remains noindex pending specialist cultural review. Creator and license-source links are displayed beside each image. The Jan Harenburg photograph is used for the Explore promotion and exhibition lead so the generic seafood-paella recipe image is not presented as Paella Valenciana.

The following images were generated specifically for Savora with ChatGPT Work image generation on 2026-09-13. They are not third-party photographs and do not claim documentary provenance. The review manifest records the generation output identifier, prompt summary, UTC timestamp, dimensions, and SHA-256 checksum. Each remains `Pending` until human editorial and rights review.
