Snowflake Nougat Bites with Nuts and Biscuits

Marshmallow, milk powder, nuts and plain biscuits formed into chewy squares. Prepare a nonstick pan, spatula and food-safe mold.

Break large biscuits into small pieces. Melt the butter gently in a nonstick pan; add marshmallows and stir over low heat until melted and combined.

Mix in 20 g milk powder and immediately switch off the heat. Fold in all nuts and biscuits. When safe to touch, use clean food-contact gloves to knead gently until evenly distributed.

Press firmly into a food-safe mold and flatten. Cool completely, remove and cut into squares. Coat all sides with the remaining 20 g milk powder.
