Egg Salad and Bacon Sandwich
Crustless toast filled with mashed hard-boiled egg mixed with mayonnaise and pepper, and pan-fried bacon.

Cut the crusts off the toast slices and set aside.

Hard-boil the egg, peel and mash it.

Mix the mashed egg, 20 g mayonnaise, 1 g salt and 2 g black pepper.

Melt 10 g butter in a pan and fry the bacon until cooked through and crisp.

Put the egg filling and bacon between the toast slices.
- 6
Cut the square sandwich into triangles and serve. Cheese or pickles can go in too.
